I was looking for raw almonds that were minimally processed and not from a big name company. I make my own almond milk so I wanted to be sure the quality was good. Sohnrey Family Foods is a great family owned farm. The almonds are extremely fresh as compared to the other store bought brands. I did a taste test with other family members and all were in agreement. Definite keeper and I will be back for more.
