- Cranberry - Bright and Tart. Easy way to enjoy this antioxidant rich super food. It starts with aged balsamic vinegar, then Sutter Buttes adds their hand-made cranberry puree to create this delicious blend. Small pieces of cranberry suspended in the rich balsamic.
- Dark Raspberry - Deep and Vibrant. A wonderful indulgence of raspberries combined with the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar will awaken your senses with its full-bodied flavor and enticing aroma of fresh raspberries.
- Fig - Thick and Rich. Perfect balance of sweet, nutty and tangy. Its depth is thick and not too acidic. Purée from locally sourced figs. Infused with the barrel aged Balsamic Vinegar, the fresh fig purée creates this delicious blend.
- Fresh Peach - Sweet and Summery. The velvety summer sensation of fresh peaches. Very light and perfectly balanced in structure, it is simply extraordinary. Made with fresh hand-picked peaches and infused with white balsamic vinegar.
- Garlic - Bold and Savory. Captures the bold flavor of garlic. Being a savory offering, it is unique in the balsamic vinegar realm.
- Traditional Barrel-Aged - Rich and Flavorful. Barrel-aged and imported from Modena, Italy. Balanced rich aroma and complex flavor. A deep glossy brown color and offers a strong finish with velvety undertones.
- White Balsamic - Light and Sweet. Deliciously sweet, fruity, mildly acidic and beautifully balanced. Sweet, white Trebbiano grapes have been pressed and simmered for hours at a low temperature.
