The Pepper Plant Chunky Garlic

As a fellow hot sauce maker myself (although I stopped making it in mass about 10 years ago because it took up too much time and I ended up losing money on the effort - the whole operation was only myself from growing the peppers to packaging and shipping), your chunky garlic is so good I can't imagine life without it! My recipe is carrot juice based instead of tomato juice like many other hot sauces. I used habaneros as the pepper ingredient cooking it and cooling it overnight twelve times to greaty reduce the heat but keeping the good flavor. I also put onions, garlic, celery, cilantro, and a tiny but of lime juice as the main ingredients.
I want to thank you for bringing your hot sauce into this world! Everytime I use it - it has a way of putting me in a good mood.
