There is nothing like it, and it is the secret ingredient for a special recipe I make. It would have many other uses, though, as others have written about.

It is amazing! Spicy but not overwhelming. Great with cream cheese and crackers.

Great stuff and great service on the delivery to Maui

I bought this jam to substitute on in a recipe. Since then I have used it to top soft cheeses/crackers, grilled cheese sandwiches with the jam and thin sliced apple/blackforest ham, brush on grilled shrimp skewers and serve with grilled mango w/ a squeeze of lime and a shake of Tajin. I have just enough jam left to see if I can make an easy/quick chamoy-style sauce to coat an ice cold glass for a mangonada. That is why I will be buying more to work on this spiced slushy recipe. The balance of flavor in this jam is so good! I am glad I found it at my local Italian grocer.
